I don't really care for chinook as a bittering addition but that's me. Columbus or Magnum for me. I would also lower that rest temp. If you lower that temp to say 148, you will get more enzymes to help break down the LME which will really help dry out the beer. An IPA should be dry unless your Founder's :P
I'd also take out about 1/2 the C40. Good luck! Drew :jnj

Nice call. I was thinking about that temp for a while at work yesterday morning after my last post. I was going to chime in with a 148-150 alteration. Cheers!
