I always try to keep a milk stout on tap at the house, and it's getting close to time to brew another. This time, I'd like to add some coffee. I work close to a roast master, so I have access to high quality, super fresh coffee. I'm going to use a peruvian blend, it's a dark roast, that's very smooth and has some chocloate over tones. Easily my favorite coffee, so why not put it with one of my favorite beers?
I have read numerous ways of adding coffee, and just wanted a few more opinions from those that have done so before. Please tell me how you added coffee to your beer, and were you pleased with the results. Thanks

My wife used to call me an alcoholic, so I started brewing beer. Now I have a hobby, and I'm a beer enthusiast, not an alcoholic.
