Which Tasty APA recipe?

Mon Mar 14, 2011 7:39 am

After brewing Janet's Brown, and it being my favorite beer ever.. it's time to do another one of Tasty's recipes.

My search for his APA gives me 2 results.. which is the current version?

Question for Tasty if you are around, I don't have Mt. Hood or Hallertau, but have a ton of Tettanger. Would it be just too spicy?

Thanks!

Here's the recipe: http://beerdujour.com/Recipes/Tasty%20APA.html There's a typo. In the notes the Mg is 18 not 118.

As far as Mt. Hood, Hallertau, or Tettanger.....my opinion is none of them would have any business in this citrus hopped beer.

Tasty
yep, yep, yep, yep

Next up:
