These should get you in the ballpark.
The AG version is closer to the specs but I'd NEVER suggest it as a first batch for a brand new brewer. I included it only for reference.
The Extract version is IMO close enough and a hell of a lot easier, especially for a first timer. You won't be able to tell the honey malt is missing because of all the DME and crystal malt.
Add the hops with "X minutes LEFT" in the boil.
Add the honey with about 5 mins left in the boil.
This is a really big beer. You really will need to do a full boil. Partial boils will be cloying.
Be sure to go up to
http://www.howtobrew.com and read all of John Palmer's instructions for brewing your first extract w/ grains batch before trying this. Ask questions here after reading that. Don't wait for brew day to learn what a muslin bag is or how to steep.
Use these ingredients and amounts and times, though instead of his Cincinatti Pale Ale ingredients. The concept is the same.
The Crystal malt should be crushed ath the home brew store and you can steep it on the stove in a muslin bag for 30 mins in a gallon of 150F water before you add that water to your full boil pot.
