I cannot find a recipe for my favorite beer. Can anyone help this desperate NOOB with any idea for ectract to honor this x-mas ale???

Don't think that will work. I met the brewer at a tasting before I got into brewing and he was tight lipped about the secret ingredients.

I believe there is a St. Bernardus recipe in BYO 250 Clone Recipes.

Yeah, but not sure if it was the X-mas version. Also, not so sure how accurate or good those BYO recipes really are in terms of clonage...
