+1 to Afterlab, just don't forget that the Kolsch yeast will take a bit longer to get the job done and that they are like Northerners in that they prefer working in cooler conditions.

Gonna brew me some Janet's Brown this weekend! Excited to (eventually) get to taste this fabled beer that I've heard so much about listening to the BN! :D

Also, I just started kegging, so I figure now is a good time to brew something nice and hoppy so that I can minimize oxygen pickup!
