Anyone have a good parti-gyle recipe? I'm thinking about doing this to get the most out of my grains (and $$$).
I was considering making a big ass Belgian Strong Dark and then an Abbey with the 2nd runnings, but I have no idea how to tackle this recipe. BTW - I brew 10 gallon batches, so I was thinking 5 gal of each beer and bump the smaller with a little candi sugar if it is too small.
Anyway, any info or experience with parti-gyle is appreciated.
