I would go with a nice dry APA, a Hefe, Saison and a blonde that is basically a czech pils made with WLP001.

I'm going for IPA, belgian blonde ale, trippel and saison this summer.

Hop burst ... late addition IPA or APA (keep character malts to a minimum, mash low <152, limit to <= 33% ibus from 60 min addition) 6.5%
Blonde ale ... (Ammarillo or New Zealand hops do great with this style) 5%
Hefe or American Wheat 5%.
perhaps round out the selection with a dry, well attenuated 6% porter.
