There's a few versions of that recipe around, I would say just stick with whichever one you decide to do.

& +1 to enter the recipe exactly as written into your software. Note the numbers. Adjust for your system. Tweak. Brew. Drink.

I'm pretty sure Tasty has said in the past that whatever your hop AA% is, you should leave all of the amounts alone and adjust ONLY the 60 addition to reach your target bitterness. Tasty has also said that Promash and Beersmith calculate mash hop bitterness contributions differently, which is where some variation can occur.

I input my new AA% for my 20-0 additions on recipes, but keep the weight the same so as to not short myself on flavor or aroma. This calculates back to my total IBU, and I only adjust the weight on additions between 60-20 to hit the IBUs I want.

Here's my method:

Open ProMash. Write '11' next to each hop addition. Turn each hop addition to 11. Done.
