Anybody have a clone recipe for McEwins scotch ale?

So I got ingredients to make this today according to the recipe Ironman posted (thanks). I couldn't find torrified wheat so I subbed with flake wheat and used a comparable wyeast strain instead of the White labs. Brewing tomorrow, I'll report back around the end of winter

Torrified wheat is a fancy way of saying puffed wheat. I'm betting you'd find a suitable form with the breakfast cereal or at a health food store. Flaked wheat will work fine.

I'm scared now. Just brewed a Scottish Ale (80/-). 2% grist ratio of smoked malt. Was a blend of Jamil's recipe, a local brewery and one off of Beersmith's webpage. Hope it tuens out ok.

It's going to be smoky as all hell if you used peat smoked malt. German smoked malt, on the other hand, you wouldn't even be able to taste at 2%.
