Re: What to brew

I'm constrained by my fermentation temps as I don't have a basement. During the winter, I do basic ales that prefer cooler temps(mid 60s) In the summer, I am all about Belgian beers. I take advantage of the warmer weather and ferment in the garage where it gets near 90 degrees. My club always does a Saison for our summer group brew. I will attempt my first tripel this summer too.
I had to replace my motion sensor light on the front of my house. I made a mistake and replaced it with a emotion sensor light. Every time the guy across the street from me got mad at his wife, it would turn on.
