I am building a motorized hop dispenser in the hopes of brewing this great recipe. Kudos to you guys for doing all those hop additions by hand! I was looking over the grain bill and I might be taxing my system if I do a 10 gal batch. I was thinking this might be a great time to try out Chris Colby’s reiterated mash technique. Maybe split the grain bill / mash into 2 or 3 steps to concentrate the wort. Any thoughts on this?
