Shaun,

I'm really looking forward to seeing (and brewing) your recipe. Stuck in the godforsaken wasteland that is the southern hemisphere, there is no damn chance that I am going to be able to sample 21A IPA in its original form any time in the next year or so, so brewing it myself is the closest I will get.

Of course when I do make it to the US for what will no doubt be a seriously beer oriented trip; you and the other amazing pro-brewers that contribute to the BN are going to have to get yourselves a nice powerful cattle prod to force me OUT of your establishments. Otherwise I am just going to sleep under a table at the 2!A and call it a holiday.

Golden Gate Bridge???? what sort of beer do they brew......

I hope to make it out to the 21A sometime in the next year! Hopefully I'll get to meet ShaunO and drink some of 21A's fine beer!

I am heading out to San Fran next week and plan to be at the 21A as much as business will allow. Maybe I can even find Shaun O and get him to finally post the recipe for the his IPA...

How long has it been since he first promised to post the recipe on the forum...Talk about ADD..

I'll post it no later than by this Friday. Sorry for the delay, crazy busy.

Hi Shaun, thanks for the intention, certainly understand being busy, life does have it's priorities. As it turns out my brewing will be interrupted for a while due to me having to undergo back surgery in a few days, but will be looking forward to brewing your IPA as my next brew, as soon as I am recovered enough to handle it (sooner if I can talk someone more able-bodied into being my brew-monkey).

Of course as you can see there are some other BN'ers that are now hoping to brew your creation sooner, hope you find the time to post it soon.

No, it's Euro now, and you get several dozen to the Euro...

Exactly what I was about to ask! :)

OK OK, I am back at the 21A. How do you want the 21A recipe....5 gallons, 50 gallons, 12 barrel batch? I can give percentages or do you want to have actual amounts?
