This one came out great. I wouldn't change a thing. I missed my volume by a bit. I wanted 5.5 gallons but had a boilover. When you do this one keep everything the same but shoot for 5.5 gallons. I know the Pearle is out of style but I had some around and needed to boost the IBU so I threw some in.
