Re: White IPA. Critique and suggestion please.

It turned out well, there was baseline bitterness from the magnum, my LHBS was out of sorachi ace and the forbidden fruit yeast. I subed in Nelson and T33. Both versions got high acclaim from friends and family, but the comment made the most was that the T33 version tasted a little rough and a bit unbalanced. I am not a huge IPA fan, but I do like this "white" style and will revisit it once I get through the rest of the experiments I have lined up. I can make the modified recipe available if people want it.

I brewed a white IPA not too long ago to get more of a hoppy wit out of it (similar to deschutes', but more of a wheaty sweetness, rich mouthfeel and spice). Most of my grain bill is the same as yours, but I added citra and amarillo dry hops as well as bitter and sweet orange peel with the coriander at the end of boil. Came out very very nice after 20 days of fermentation.
