I am looking for an awesome all grain Belgian Dark Strong recipe.

JZ did an article on this subject in BYO magazine this month...I think its the same recipe as in BCS...let me know if you don't have these, I will post but feeling lazy this morning

Fermenting: xtra pale
In the keg/bottle: golden delicious apple cider, brown rice lager, german pils
