leinenkugel sunset wheat

I am new to the site, so I first want to say hello to all. My wife loves leinie's sunset wheat and was wondering if anyone has cloned this recipe with success?

Personally I haven't cloned this beer, but from what I understand, it is basically a witbier with way too much coriander and a touch of blueberry extract. That's all it takes to get you that over-the-top Fruity Pebbles flavor.

Ditto.

With that being said this is purely speculation based off of their website. Witbier recipes are fairly simple so here is a start

4.8% ABV
1.046 OG
13.5 IBUs

5.25# 2-Row Pale Malt
5.25# Wheat Malt

.25 oz Cluster @ 60min
.25 oz Cluster @ 30min
.50 oz Cluster @ 5 min

1 tsp. of Flour @ 10 min
1 oz Coriander @ 5 min
1 oz Sweet Orange Peel @ 5 min

Belgian Witbier Yeast

The only thing I can add to the conversation is that Leinies brews everything with lager yeast. I used to live up there and frequented the brewery often.
