OK I asked for so I will start it. Here is the recipe from the Bison Brew show on 10/16
Strong Blonde Belgian

72.3% 2 Row
1.8% Crystal/Carmel 60
25.6% Cane Juice or Light Candied Sugar
Magnum to 22 IBU
4 grams of Corriander Seed per gallon
Abby yeast
Ferment at 68. Not sure of mash temp.

Jamil's 80 shilling Scottish Ale

I was listening to that archive of Jamil's first appearance on the show and they were rhapsodizing over his Scottish Ale brew. Did anyone follow up and get ahold of the recipe? It sounded interesting.
