Younger's Special Bitter

Does anyone have a clone recipe for this? Never had it before but thought I'd brew it to pay homage to the late publican!... Any help would be great.

I found one of a Rogue Younger's ESB Clone.
http://hopville.com/recipe/27278/extra-special-strong-bitter-english-pale-ale-recipes/rogue-youngers-special-bitter-clone The mash efficiency seems a bit high and its not using Rager for IBU formula.

I just got a chance to look at the recipe... Seems simple and great... Anyone think Marris Otter could be used in place of the Belgian pale?... I'm not sure that my LHBS keeps that malt
