Need some help with Oskar Blues Gordon recipe.

Mon Feb 07, 2011 2:14 pm

Just listened to the CYBI podcast on the Oskar Blues Gordon, and the recipe was given using percentages not actual
lbs. or oz. Can anyone please help me translate this into a 6 gallon extract batch (5 1/2 in fermentor). Thanks in advance.

OG: 1.080 FG 1.014 IBU 60

Grains
2-Row 80%
Munich 6%
Crystal 40 6%
Caramalt 6%
Chocolate .5%

Hops
Northern Brewer 40%
Columbus 60%

Follow the link. It is a great recipe. Save a few for a year and you will have a nice Barley WINE TYPE BREW ON YOUR HAND.
