This is a shoutout from a brewer who lost his roadmap to great beer.
I've got the grain pre mixed for the ESB from 'Brewing Classic Styles' and am set to brew today. However I just can't find my book and can't recall the hop additions. If anyone out there has the book on hand, could you do me a HUGE favour and pass on the hop schedule?
