Never tried it, but the reviews and descriptions on Beer Advocate seem to indicate it's a table-strength version of the classic Saison Dupont. Take a proven Saison Dupont-like recipe (The Saison in Brewing Classic Styles is excellent) and scale it down to achieve an ABV around 3.5%. Keep the IBU:OG ratio and the mash and fermentation profiles the same. That should get you pretty close.
