Comments? Hells yes, looks good wezil. With that hop schedule you cant go wrong imho. I have been meaning to pull off a 10gal of my favorite brew, but my mash tun is too small. Keep us posted on your progress and tastin notes, and bring some samples to Boonville if you are going.
