Flaked Maize

Wed Nov 29, 2006 8:45 am

Just listening to the CAP show that Jamil did, he mentions throwing the flaked Maize in the mill with your grains. Never thought you could/should do that. Would it be recomended? I've always just thrown it in my grain bucket after grinding everything else.

Just curious :)
