Favorite American IPA hop combinations

It's probably already been disccused, but I didn't find in under 5 seconds while searching. So what are your favorite American IPA hop combinations?

I enjoy
CTZ, Chinook, Cascade
Amarillo w/ Amarillo, and maybe even a splash of Amarillo

4C's, Amarillo and Simcoe. Still can not draw myself to like Citra yet, enough to use it.

I like a combo of Centennial and Willamette, with Chinook late/dry.

Apollo for bittering and either Simcoe, Amarillo or Cascade late additions. Usually <10 minutes and dry hop.
