Re: Acidulated malt and 5.2 stabilizer

This has help a lot. I have had good success with it in my pale beers and I believe it has kicked up my efficiency to the mid 80s. But that being said I don't plan on using it in any thing with acid malt or any thing with dark malt. Presently I am brewing a dry stout and left it on the self.
