Unlimited source of unmalted barley, need uses for it.

From work, I have access to unlimited supply of 2 and 6 row unmalted, maltster selected barley. I know I can do the malt at home thing, but that will not be happening any time soon with the winter comming. If I was to use this to supplement malted barley, what % could I replace.
Also, I have all the wheat, rye, oats, and durum wheat that I can use, so if there are suggestions for this, please add too.

If you PM me your email I'll send you a couple PDF files that go over brewing with 100% barley using an enzyme blend. It's targeted toward large breweries but there is some good info in them. I'm not sure what ratio you would use for mixing with malted barley.
