I had a feeling. I had also been buying the Best Maltz from north country since its $36 a bag compared to my LHBS weyerman at $77, but maybe the weyerman is worth it.

It would be much more worth it if they would provide lot specific analysis sheets with the malt. This is something I'm trying to get Crosby&Baker (the importer) and Weyermann to do. If I pay premium I want premium info.

If anybody else is interested in that please contact your importer or Weyermann and push for it. Don't be satisfied with the avarega data on the Weyermann web if they point you there.
