I am all about cutting costs so I can brew more often! I will be keeping everone informed how it comes out. I will be kegging 5 gallons and bottling 5 gallons to age as long as I can stay out of it. I will also have other people sampling it as well.

Ok so here is the deal. After 2.5 week primary fermentation, I put it into kegs to lager. Sample tasted really a lot like Rolling Rock just a bit more corn. Two weeks lagering sample taste just like Rolling Rock. 4 weeks lagering getting better lost the heavy corn taste, getting right. 6 weeks well it is really tasty!! My wife likes it almost as much as the Blonde Ale. Oh ABV came out at 6.2% :jnj I am not recommending this route, but it did work out for me. One thing I might do is cut back to 3 pounds on the corn, see it it is drinkable sooner. Good beer all the same, cleaner then any BMC! if you want a picture I can email it or you can explain how to put one on here.

12 Gallons
16.5lbs 2 row
4lbs corn cracked (Produce Pride)
2.00 oz Hallertauer
American Lager (White Labs #WLP840

So no problems with head retention or off-flavors from the oils in the bran? Awesome! Cracked corn FTW!

Elbone no off flavors that I can taste. I have had a few other brewers try it and couldn't taste any. Head renrention is about like any BMC, nothing great. Damn sure not like my IPA. But a very drinkable beer. Tanking it to brew club on Sunday for reviews. I will keep you posted.
