Bug, I have read about that tip in BLAM but alas, I have to fridge for fermentation control. Next purchase or find for sure.

I can't wait to try your Saison, never really had a true one before. I almost bought some at The Still last week but spent the money on some lagers as my palate has no experience with them. I got Christoffel Blonde and Spaten something, I forgot. I think the dark one. Anyway trying those this weekend.

Ommegang's Hennipen is a tasty Saison. Don't know how it compares to others.

No, I agree completely. I have had hennepin, don't recall it very well though. I am on a lager palate edumacation right now, that was my goal with the visit to The Still last time, I didn't want to stray. I will probably go back to a belgian edumaction the next time.
