I store mine in 5 gallon food quality buckets that have gasketed lids. I'd love to have the vittle vaults but they are just too damn pricy. I can fit about 25 lbs in each 5 gallon bucket. I also use 2 gallon which hold 10 lbs a piece and 1 gallon and 1/2 gallon containers from walmart for specialty malts. All the grain is stored in my basement which is very dry (especially during the winter) and stays between 60 and 70 degrees year round.
