That grain bill is almost identical to what I use on my APAs. I like the hop schedule, too, though I think I'd up the dry hop addition to 1oz of each.

I like it! Chinook late is really nice, BTW. Very Floral and Citrusy/Piny, without the resiny bitterness you get from adding it early. I think you'll like it.

Oh, and check this recpe out to see what I was thinking of when I suggested the approach:
(It's for a 10 gal batch so divide your amounts in half, but take note the grain bill on there, and read the comment/description area too).

Thanks for all of the great info on hop bursting. I am going to go with Jamil's IPA grain bill, which is 2 Row, Munich and Caramel 20 and 40, and then FWH with the Northern Brewer and dump about 5 ounces of hops into the last 20 minutes and dry hop with 2 ounces. I will report back on how it all works out.
