Ok, after another week this beer is great. 65 IBU, 5 ABV, 9 SRM. My nephew thought he was drinking Dales Pale Ale, which thrilled me cause it's like my favorite pro APA. This is the best of my all grain batches to date, out of 7. I just need to store it all cold now somehow to preserve the hoppy aroma. JBUG, did you use this and how did it turn out?
