Calculating Honeys Contribution to Gravity

Fri Feb 10, 2006 7:26 am

Anyone know a average formula to calculate honeys contibution to gravity per pound? I'm planing a Honey IPA. I will add two pounds of pastuerized cloverleaf at flameout, and take a gravity reading before and after the honey addition. I was just wondering if there is a standard I can go by for recipe formulation.
