I thought the same thing when I brewed a cream ale for a style-of-the-month. Why would a homebrewer want to do this?Turns out it was very delicious, especially in July. Brewing it again soon.

Agreed! I love a good cream ale to schwill hard during the hot summer months. In fact, I will be brewing one soon with kolsch yeast as I love the combination!

Esp. if you bump up the grains and hops and turn it into a Classic American Cream Ale.

What yeast are you planning on using?
