Long lag time and now there is sediment, is it bad?

Good morning all,
I brewed a 1.035 session ale yesterday and pitched a vile of proofed WL001 in with O2 at about 65 F.. That was about 3 PM. Normally it would have been higher say 68 but after listening to Jamil on Scottish ales I wanted to keep it low. Any how over night it got down to about 62F. I normally have carboy bags on the carboys and can’t see the beer at this point. This morning there was a 1/2 in layer of stuff on the bottom of the carboy. I’m use to seeing that at the end of fermentation. I have not seen any bubbles in the air lock, but with 4.5 G of wort in a 6.5 Carboy that is not worrying me. My question is do I need to stir the bottom stuff up into suspension once I get the temp back to 65 / 66.
Sorry for the freak out but this beer goes against what I’m use to, higher gravity, high 60's fermentation temp and a starter.

Thanks

Tim

Check your gravity first. If it hasn't budged then just swirl it back into suspension once the temp comes up.

Even if you pitch no yeast, you will get that layer of sediment after letting the wort sit overnight. In fact some folks will stick their wort in the cooler overnight to make that happen and then rack off the sediment and then pitch their yeast.

However, if you have no yeast activity by 24 hours, then by all means rouse that sediment back into suspension.
