I could harvest what I have in may-ish. Nor sure when it will be done.
Next:
Fermenting: Cider, Azacca Oat Pils, Egregious-ish, Lambic, Carrot Blossom Cedar Mead, Brett Helles
Drinking: RIS, Doppelbock, Sauerkraut Gose, Lambic, Brett Blonde, Kriek, Saison, Rye Berliner
Barrel aged: RIS, Rye Barleywine, Tripel

Thanks for the offer dstar. I think my sour(s) will be well on their way by then. I'll pay attention to Al's bug farm releases more closely now that I know their seasonal.

You're only about 30 mins away from me. Let me know if you're ever looking to brew with someone or exchange some brews.

Why not hit up a local brewpub for some bugs, I was able to get some from one in my area to mess around with. Have some Bret C. I got from a brew pub funking up a brown since October.

A brewpub that brews sours or serves sours on draft? Not sure anywhere in my area brews sours. Not sure a pub owner would be OK with the logistics of saving sour keg dregs for me. If Monk's Cafe would oblige, that'd be great, though!
