Pellets Vs. Whole flowers

Is there some sort of ratio between pellet and whole flower hops....
What i mean is - if a recipe calls for 20 gr. of Cascade, would that be 20 gr of pellets or would 20 gr. of flowers have the same effect ??

Well the Alpha Acids are going to be your biggest concern when using another recipe. Make sure you adjust if they are different. Typically you use 10% more whole leaf than pellets too. Of course partial boil vs full boils makes a difference too
