De-Bittered Black Malt vs Roasted Barley

I;m brewing a dry stout...LHBS is out of Roasted Barley, would the De-Bittered Black Malt work or should I find something else?

Debittered Black Malt is very different in taste than Roasted Barley. For a Dry Stout, you could probably get away with using it instead of Roasted Barley as long as you have something else that is astringent like a Chocolate or Black Patent malt. It's generally considered somewhat mandatory to use Roasted Barley in a Dry Stout, though.
