I am giving this a try today. I have used Nelson Sauvin several times before. This will be the first for Galaxy for me. We'll see what happens, hopefully not too much of an overload.

How did this turn out? I did an IWA (India Wheat Ale) with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka that turned out fantastic. Tropical but still pungent. Fruity but is a good way.

Ive found that using a fair amount of honey malt or melanoidin malt in your recipe tends to bring out fruiter qualities in your hop aromatics, for instance amarillos will shift more from a perceived apricot citrusy quality to a more honeydew mellon like flavor.

I have been a bit busy in the last few weeks and the beer is still in the fermenter. Took a sample last night and was quite pleased. I'll be kegging it this weekend and will get a better feel for it after it has carbonated.
