Re: mint?

I brewed an Oatmeal Mint Stout recipe I got from Dr. Scott. I'm serving it at a buddy's Christmas party on Saturday... should be nice.

We got a little tasting panel together and put a couple drops of mint extract into a glass, then filled with beer. We had two per beer, I believe... the multiplied that by the total keg volume, and multiplied by .75. This was Dr. Scott's suggestion so that we didn't overdo it. It's delicious, but next time maybe I'll add some mint leaves as well.
