Aged Hops

I have some whole leaf Sterling hops that I have kept in a fridge in ziploc bags for about two years. I hate to throw them out but I am not sure I want to brew with them either. Anybody ever brew with aged hops?

I age older hops that I didnt want throw out in my attic. Use them in my sours all the time.

Yeah anytime I end up 1/4 ounces and stuff leftover I throw them in one jar in a cupboard and use them for my next lambic.
