Pumpkin Beer: Water Profile?

Thu Sep 17, 2009 10:23 pm

I'm planning on brewing a pumpkin beer this weekend and was wondering if I should be doing anything special with the water? I live in Portland, OR, the home of "low trace elements" in the water. Should I just keep it clean and simple or is there a reason to add anything?

Thanks for any advice.
