Recipe Screw up

I was pulling together grain for an oktoberfest beer and had brain fart. I put in wheat malt instead of munich. Crap! Caught it before milling.

Question, what do I do with 13lbs of grain? I'm considering up the batch to 10 gallons and making a Dunkleweizen or Weizenbock. What do you think? Here's what I've got to work with:

Recipe Specifics
% Amount Name Origin Potential SRM
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
30.8 4.00 lbs. Wheat Malt America 1.038 2
23.1 3.00 lbs. Vienna Malt Germany 1.037 3
38.5 5.00 lbs. Pilsener Malt(2-Row) Continental Eu 1.035 1
7.7 1.00 lbs. CaraMunich Malt Belgium 1.033 75

Here' s what I'd do in this situation assuming this is already mixed.

What's your average efficiency? Assuming 70% to hit around 1.052 in 10 gallons, I'd add an additional half lb each of the Vienna and Caramunich, then bump the Wheat up to 11 lbs (from 4) for a nice Dunkelweizen.

Dunkelweizen

Recipe Specifics
% Amount Name Origin Potential SRM
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
11.00 lbs. Wheat Malt America 1.038 2
3.50 lbs. Vienna Malt Germany 1.037 3
5.00 lbs. Pilsener Malt(2-Row) Continental Eu 1.035 1
1.50 lbs. CaraMunich Malt Belgium 1.033 75

Hops:
2 oz Hallertaur @ 60

Yeast: Wyeast 3068
-B'Dawg
BJCP GM3 Judge & Mead
