Favorite Pils Malt

I use the FRANCO-BELGES from mid-country...its a belgian pils in the mid $30 range, no complaints at all

I like that stuff too, though I haven't used many others to compare against.

I just got some Durst for a Munich Helles, and never used it before. How do you like Durst?

I like it a lot, in fact, I just ordered another bag of the turbo pils and munich. They 'say' it converts quicker, even though I never had any issues with regular pils malt.

BestMalz is pretty good too.

I've used Briess less-modified, Rahr, Weyermann, and Castle. Castle has been my favorite.
