Hop Utilization Calculation

Jamil - Doc - Others,
What method of hop utilization do you use for your Pro-Mash calculations?
I've seen pros and cons on all the methods and am now confused.

Just keep it set at one, (I use Tinseth) That way you get the 'Feel" of your system

I agree. Just pick one, brew with it a bunch, and adjust your recipes from there.
