corny to sanke?

Anyone have a clever way to put a corny keg in service in a place that's already set up for standard commercial kegs? I though I once saw a corny lid with a sanke coupler welded on?

Couldnt you just fill the keg up using positive pressure? Like jumping corny's. Or just take the fitting offa the beer line in the bar and attacht it to the bev out ball adapter
