Cleaning a carbonation stone??

I clogged my stone and tried boiling it to get it clean but it still is not the same.Any ideas? :?

Hot PBW soak overnight followed by rinse followed by nice long star san soak. Then don't handle it with your bare hands any more.
What's on tap: Cream Ale, Imperial Blonde
Secondary: British Amber,
Primary: APA
