Back from Cabo, need to bottle

Mon Mar 10, 2008 1:45 pm

Well, my fermentation ended ten days ago, the day my wife and I left for Cabo. Y'all told me to "let it be," and so I did. Now I need to know this: is there anything I need to do before priming and bottling? Do the yeasties have "needs" which I don't know about and couldn't guess? Thanks! By the way, Cabo was nice, but far too developed...can't remember who, but one of you nailed it.

I've had beer in the carboy for 1 month + and had no trouble when bottling. What has the temp been? If you cold conditioned for a while, alot of the yeast may have fallen out. If you have left it in the mid to high 60's then it will probably be ok.
