Replacement porcelain lid for 2L growler?

I haven't had any luck finding any retailers (online or otherwise) that sell replacement porcelain lids for 2L brown glass growlers - exactly like the one available at B3 (http://morebeer.com/view_product/7968/). If anybody has any suggestions, please post!!!
